Tangibles 

  • Seeking out resources to learn more on anti-racism 

  • Finding brands that align with anti-racist views and not working with ones who do not 

  • Support black owned businesses 

  • Educate, share, inform and empower the voices that need lifting up 

  • Donate what you can to black owned and led organizations 

  • Sign petitions, make donations, call lawmakers, read books, listen to podcasts

  • Pay attention to voices rising up that may have been previously wrongfully dismissed 

  • Diversify your instagram feed to start following and learning from Black voices

  • Speak to your friends and family about what they can do (even if its uncomfortable) 

  • Checking in: the exhaustion and trauma our Black sisters and brothers have and are experiencing is something we can never comprehend but we can simply show up and check in
